Although I did not grow up in the city of Nashville, this is the place that my parents now call home. After my sister (who is about six years younger than me) moved out of my parent’s home to go away to college, my parents decided that they were ready to move to somewhere else in the United States. Even though they loved the home that they had raised both of us in, they said that they didn’t want to spend the rest of their lives in the exact same house, and I totally agreed with them that moving to a new place would be an enjoyable experience.
After a lot of thinking and deliberation, they decided that Nashville was where they wanted to go. Fortunately, they found a really good real estate agent right off of the bat, and she was able to help them get into a great house. They have only been in Nashville for less than six months, so I have yet to visit them yet. However, I do have a flight to Nashville booked now, so I will get to see them in just a few weeks!
